Everything was simply great. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, the staff was accommodating, the grounds were clean. It offered us great and excellent location near about 8 minute walk to Cameron Toll shops, the centre of Edinburgh and most areas of interest. Also, it had easy access to Craigmillar Park Church.

We got 3 nights in this nicely decorated and romantic hotel, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location offered was marvellous and excellent near to old Georgian House, easy peasy cheap bus links and mayfield gardens.
The bed was a bit hard.

Great and magnificent location of the hotel, adjacent to the town centre, a quick getaway in the car to countryside locations and Edinburgh for a course. Excellent service from the extremely polite, superbly friendly staff members.

The room was bright and spotless included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The bed was extremely comfy, a bathtub worked well. The location was particularly good and excellent for traveling around Edinburgh, just next door to Scotland with nice weather and less crowd, centre of Royal Mile and the square bay.

The location for Edinburgh was particularly good and excellent, near to North Bridge or Princes Street, the centre of Edinburgh, and bus stop. The breakfast was hearty and well prepared and coffee, croissants, and fruit were available. The staff turned out to be very very helpful.

Its location was fantastic, adjacent to Edinburgh on a 2 day business trip, Cameron Toll shops, and easy peasy cheap bus links. The breakfast was wonderful with yogurt and cheese, as example, the staffing teams were fairly friendly and amiable.

It is a beautifully decorated and absolutely charming property located in Newington district just off the centre of Edinburgh, local amnenities, and princess street bus stop. This place is in a great and excellent location in a nice area.
